Working with fear : case 1

I don't cure phobias. I don't really think thats possible, I do find it entertaining to reflect upon them as it gives a certain release towards the phobias that I hold myself and an objective insight into what causes the fear itself.

Ablutophobia- Fear of washing or bathing
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that women are the main contestants to this prize. Men in general don't hold much fear to washing if it's not just habitual sluggishness towards being clean. Women seem more prone towards being afraid of things just as washing and bathing, for fear of water or irritated skin, or just touching liquids. It's not too bad of a phobia to have, most babies seem to have it. Not many kids enjoy being rubbed soap and dunked in a tub full of water.
Who knows? Maybe the phobia stars with a TV show where the character suffer a horrible painful death in a bathtub with leads to a constant fear of being in a bathtub.
I say, jump in a pool and see what happens. Get it on camera if you can (:
