Literary techniques I have used over the years part 1

Okay. Well, I went on wikipedia and typed in literary techniques. Turns out I've used almost all of them. Not necessarily knowingly. It's quite important, as a student and/or writer to be aware of all the literary techniques.

Alliteration - Repeating the same letter at the beginning of two or more words (dressy daffodils, scrumptious sea-salt)
(L. alliterare - to begin with the same letter.) (ad = to / littera = letter)

Anthropomorphism - attributing human characteristics to a god or animal etc. (such as an inanimate object)
(Anthropologos = speaking of man.")
