12 billion years ago- Big Fat Bang (before that... NOTHING)
4.5 million years ago- our pretty little planet. (nothing like it looks like now.)
3.5 million years- so thats a million (give or take) years after our planet. So what happened was - life. Tiny forms of life. Not rats. Tinier. Ocean forms.
500 million years ago- Animals and plants on land!!!
230 million- DINOSAURS!!!! ( Gk. DEINOS - (terrible) + SAUROS (lizards) ,
yeah... did i mention they weren't monsters?
65 million years ago - Dinosaurs dissapear. (giant comet? Volcanoes? Followed by drastic climate changes??)
30 million years ago- First apes.
2.5 million years ago - First humanoids.
